PLAIN-LANGUAGE POLICY

Privacy Policy

Short version: OverroundHQ is a static website. We have no accounts, we set no cookies, and we run no analytics or advertising scripts. The little data that exists lives in ordinary server logs at our hosting provider, and it stays there briefly.

What we don't collect

What exists anyway: server logs

Like practically every website, our hosting infrastructure writes standard access logs when a page is requested: the requesting IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, and response status. We use these only to keep the site running — spotting outages, abuse, and broken links. Logs are retained briefly for those operational purposes and then rotate out; we do not mine them, enrich them, or share them with anyone except as the hosting provider's own infrastructure requires.

The de-vig calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The odds you type are processed locally by the page's own script and are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Close the tab and they're gone. This is a design decision, not an accident: a margin tool has no business seeing your betting activity.

Outbound "Visit" links

Links that take you to a bookmaker leave our site. From the moment you land on an operator's domain, that operator's privacy policy — not this one — governs what is collected about you, and bookmakers collect substantially more than we do (accounts, KYC documents, payment and betting histories). Read their policies before registering. Some of these links pay us a commission, which is disclosed where the links appear and explained on our about page; the referral mechanism does not give us access to any personal data the operator holds about you.

Email

If you email hello@overroundhq.top, we receive what any email recipient receives: your address and your message. We use it only to reply, we don't add you to any list (we don't have lists), and we don't share it.

Jurisdiction and changes

This policy is written to be jurisdiction-neutral: since we collect essentially nothing, the outcome is the same wherever you read it from. If our practices ever change — for example, if we ever added analytics — this page will be updated first, with a fresh "updated" date, before the change goes live.

Questions about this policy: email above. For the rules we hold our data to, see how margins get measured here; if gambling itself is the concern rather than data, start with our responsible gambling page.
